The hotel is conveniently situated inside their compound, ensuring a peaceful stay away from the noise of Bangla Road. The rooms were modern and comfortable, yet the dampness was a recurrent issue. The service was friendly and attentive, with a great rooftop pool offering a fantastic view. The location is ideal for exploring Bangla Road and shopping, though direct access to the mall from the back would be a nice addition. Dining options were good with a variety of dishes, but service could be slow at times. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor inconveniences.
The hotel has an excellent location, close to shopping areas and the beach. The rooms are average in size, very clean, and tidy, with nice bathroom features like a rainmaker-style shower head. However, the staff at the hotel are small and not very friendly. Remember to take $100, as it might take 30 minutes of arguing to get it back. The location is great for beach, nightlife, and shopping, though it can be noisy.
For just £45 a night, the hotel was a delightful surprise with its very clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast. Though the decor seemed a bit worn out, my stay was very comfortable overall.
